WATERBURY-In accordance with state statute a real property revaluation is required for the 2001 Grand List Year, i.e., the period from October 1, 2000 - September 30, 2001, because Waterbury had not had a general reappraisal in more than 20 years. In addition, a revaluation must be conducted next year and then every four years thereafter. The revaluation provides the property owner with the opportunity to have their property taxes based on an assessment that takes into consideration the value of the property under more current real estate market conditions. Sabre Systems was hired by the city to conduct the revaluation. http://www.waterburyrealestate.org/Waterbury208/LandRover.asp
Waterbury has a municipal form of government. The mayor and the 15 aldermen at large are elected biennially in odd years.

WOLCOTT-A physical revaluation is required every 12 years with 4-year statistical revaluation in between the physical revaluation. Under Section 12-62 as amended by Public Act 97-254, the Town must next update all real estate values in the year 2004 and every fourth year thereafter. http://www.wolcottct.org/index.cfm?level=21&PG=582&sid=7

WATERTOWN-http://www.watertownct.org/index.php The Assessor's Office is in the process of completing values for the 2003 Grand List. Connecticut General Statutes require that every community in Connecticut revalue all Real Property at least every four years. The last town wide revaluation was completed for the October 1, 1999 Grand List. The town will publish a booklet containing the new and old values which will be available later in December. After the notices are mailed, the assessment information will also be available on the internet: http://www.visionappraisal.com
